If the product is not finalized in the early stage of development, the hand plate shell can be used to proofread (the strength of the hand plate is not as strong as the material after opening the mold to shape). Different requirements for the material and process of the shell (especially with three-proof requirements) will also affect the cost.
Metal: Metal shells are the same as plastic shells. Before the product is finalized or the quantity demands are not large, it is recommended to use sheet metal samples to make samples. This mainly means that the sample production delivery period is short. If the batch is large, it is also recommended to open the mold. If the metal shell has waterproof grade requirements, it will greatly affect the cost. In addition, the metal shell requirements of special materials (such as titanium alloys, etc.) will be higher.
The cost of lithium batteries is mainly composed of battery cells, protective boards, and structural parts, and PACK costs, management costs, etc. are also required.
